On July 7, 2025, the White House announced an extension of the temporary pause at 10 percent on country-specific reciprocal tariffs from July 9 to August 1, 2025. Goods entered for consumption or withdrawn from a warehouse for consumption on or after August 1, 2025 at 12:01 will be subject to the country-specific reciprocal tariffs that were in effect April 2, 2025.
14 countries were also notified of new tariff rates starting August 1, 2025. Additional information is available through our U.S. Reciprocal Tariff Tracker, which will be updated on a regular basis.
The suspension of the tariff rate for China remains unchanged and will remain in effect until August 12, 2025.
